Reports & data export

The Reports screen gives you a leadership view of your business: revenue, occupancy, client mix, and retention trends. Open it at Dashboard → Reports (Owner or Manager role).

Plan requirement

Reports are part of advanced reporting, included on Studio and Scale plans. On other plans the Reports link doesn't appear in your dashboard.

Still in development

The reports screen is still in development — layouts, metrics, and export options may change as it evolves.

Filters

At the top, set the range you care about:

  • Date from and Date to — defaults to the last 90 days.
  • Trend cadenceWeekly or Monthly, which drives the trend charts and CSV exports.
  • Apply filters / Reset.

Top-clients data is a lifetime total as of the selected end date; trend charts follow the selected range.

Metrics

Four stat cards summarize the range: Net revenue in range, Bookings in range, Active clients in range, and At-risk clients now.

Charts

  • Revenue over time — succeeded charges minus refunded amounts for the selected range. Switch between day, week, and month intervals.
  • Bookings volume — counts based on booking start time; cancelled bookings are excluded.
  • Peak hours heatmap — each cell counts bookings that started during that weekday and hour, so you can see when you're busiest.
  • Space utilization — booked hours divided by configured available hours for each period, per space, with current and average percentages.
  • New vs returning client rate — based on unique clients who booked during each period, plus the latest active count and rates.
  • At-risk clients trend — clients with no bookings for at least 60 days as of each interval end.
  • Top clients by lifetime spend — sortable table of Client, Bookings, Lifetime spend, Last booking, and flags (VIP, blocked, at risk).

Exporting data

The Exports section downloads the current filtered view as CSV. Pick a Dataset and choose Download CSV:

  • Revenue CSV — revenue per interval.
  • Bookings CSV — bookings in the range.
  • Peak hours CSV — bookings by weekday and hour.
  • Utilization CSV — per-space occupancy, booked hours, and available hours.
  • Client mix CSV — new vs returning rates.
  • Top clients CSV — the lifetime spend table, with VIP/blocked/at-risk columns.
  • At-risk CSV — clients with no recent bookings.

The file is named after the dataset and the date, for example reports-revenue-2026-08-29.csv.
