Publishing your booking page

Every Slotted workspace gets its own booking page at yourname.slotted.so. It's live automatically once your workspace is active — there's no publish button to remember. This guide covers making it look like yours and putting it where your customers are.

Your booking URL

Your URL is the slug you chose at signup: https://{your-slug}.slotted.so. You can always find it from the booking readiness widget on your dashboard (Copy booking link) or from Business Setup → Public View.

Renaming your slug breaks old links

If you change your booking address later, existing links to your old page redirect for 30 days and then stop working. Update any place you've shared the link.

Brand your page

Go to Settings → Business Setup → Design to style the booking page:

  • ThemeDark, Beige, or Snow white.
  • Accent color — pick a color or enter a hex value; it drives buttons and highlights.
  • Background — a custom background color or image.
  • Rounded corners and display styles — choose cards or a list for your services, add-ons, and staff, with column counts.
  • Language — English, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, or Chinese (Simplified).

Add your logo and an About business blurb in Business Setup → Basics, plus your website, email, phone, and social links under Contacts. Your legal documents — cancellation policy, privacy policy, terms of use — live under Legal and are shown to customers on the page.

Powered by Slotted

Plans on the Independent tier show a small "Powered by Slotted" badge on the booking page. Operator and above include white labeling, which removes it.

Embed booking on your own website

If you already have a website, you can keep customers there. Go to Settings → Integrations for:

  • Public booking URL — the direct link to your page.
  • Embed URL — your page URL with ?embed=1, ready for embedding.
  • Full embed — a copy-paste snippet that renders your booking page inside an iframe on your site, with automatic resizing as customers move through the steps.
  • Booking button — a snippet that adds a branded "Book" pill to your site, opening your booking page in a new tab.

Use Copy code on either card and paste it into your site builder where you want booking to live.

Test before you share

Walk through the page yourself with Test booking flow in the readiness widget — book a real slot, check the prices and questions, and make sure the confirmation email arrives. Then share your link, embed it, and start taking bookings.
