Getting started with Slotted
Slotted helps businesses that sell time — studios, spaces, and service businesses — accept online bookings, manage availability, and take payments. This guide takes you from sign-up to your first booking.
1. Create your account
Sign up at app.slotted.so/register. The six-step signup asks for:
- Who are you? — your name, email, and password (or continue with Google). Have a friend's referral code? Add it here for 50% off your first month.
- Verify email — enter the 6-digit code sent to your inbox.
- Choose a plan — pick the plan your 14-day free trial starts on. See Plans & billing for what each includes.
- Tell us about your business — what you do (rent spaces, provide services, or both), where customers are served, your team size, and how many locations you have.
- Business details — your business name, your primary location, the address where services happen, your time zone, and your booking address. Your booking page will live at
yourname.slotted.so— choose a slug 3–50 characters long using lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. - Finish setup — review and choose Create workspace.
2. Follow your readiness checklist
After signup you land on your dashboard, where the Booking readiness widget guides you through everything that's left. It tracks five tasks:
- Create your first service — see Creating services.
- Set up fulfillment — assign the space or staff your service requires. See Spaces & equipment and Staff.
- Configure availability — set your business hours. See Operating hours.
- Set up payments — enable direct methods or connect Stripe. See Payments.
- Make your booking page live — your page goes live automatically once your workspace is set up; brand it in Business Setup → Design. See Publishing your booking page.
Each task links to the exact place to fix it, and the widget shows "Ready for bookings" once everything checks out.
3. Take a test booking
Before you share your link, make a test booking yourself — the readiness widget has a Test booking flow button. Walk through the page the way a customer would: pick a service, a time, and pay the deposit. Check that prices, questions, and confirmation emails all look right.
4. Share your link
Copy your booking link from the readiness widget (Copy booking link) and share it anywhere — your website, Instagram, email signature, or directly to clients. If you have your own website, you can also embed the booking page on it.
