Operating hours

Your operating hours are the foundation of availability: customers can only book inside them. Until you save your own, Slotted uses default hours of 9:00–22:00 every day — and shows a banner reminding you the defaults are in use.

Hours are set for the whole workspace at Settings → Business Setup → Schedule.

Weekly schedule

The Weekly Schedule editor has one row per day, Monday through Sunday. For each day:

  • Add one or more time periods — for example 09:00–13:00 and 15:00–19:00 for a studio that closes for lunch. Each row has its own start and end time.
  • Remove a period with , add one with +.
  • Use Copy on any day to copy that day's periods to every other day — handy when most days look the same.
  • Leave a day empty and it shows Closed; no bookings can land on that day.

Choose Save weekly schedule when you're done.

Special days & time off

Use Special days & time off to override your weekly hours for a holiday, event, or vacation. For each entry, set:

  • Starts and Ends — the day or range it covers.
  • Name — for your own reference, for example "New Year's Day".
  • RepeatsOne time, Every month, or Every year — so a recurring closure like the first Monday of a month doesn't need re-adding.
  • Closed all day — blocks the day entirely. Closed days are never bookable, regardless of the weekly schedule. Untick it to set Custom opens and Closes times instead — for example shorter holiday hours.

Remove an entry when those dates should be bookable again.

What if my hours differ per location?

Hours are workspace-wide today. If you run multiple locations with different hours, keep the shared hours here and use blocked dates for the exceptions — per-location hours aren't supported yet.
